Terms and Conditions.
Mentoring / Coaching is not therapy, spiritual life coach / mentor does not diagnose or treat disorders, this is not to be replaced with medical advice from a professional. Coaching holds clients to be whole, resourceful and creative, fully competent to live the lives they are meant to live. We focus on your current challenges and how best to meet them. Put simply, coaching is a professional partnership that supports the client in achieving personal, spiritual and professional growth and development, leading to the achievement of extraordinary results.
All sessions are considered extremely private and personal; thus, everything is kept completely confidential. Your information will never be shared with a third party for any reason.
1. Individual Healing Sessions & Energy Coaching Packages will be billed prior to the first session and payment needs to be received in order to begin our session / coaching relationship.
2. I will bring myself to coaching sessions free from distractions and respectfully request that you do the same. A coaching or healing session with distractions and background noise is not efficient.
3. We agree that we will each show up at the mutually scheduled time for our healing/ coaching session and if you have to reschedule you will do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. I certainly understand that emergencies do arise and will accommodate those on a case-by-case basis.
4. Should you “no-show” for an appointment during our healing session or coaching relationship (without notification or rescheduling) we will evaluate whether or not coaching is appropriate for you right now.
5. Coaching fees are nonrefundable should you decide to “quit” the process, as our complimentary session is designed to remove the possibility that we would not be a good fit.
6. I will connect with Jannette at the scheduled time; I have read and agree to the working agreements above and will honor them during our coaching relationship.
Individual Sessions Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
1. If for any reason you have to cancel your session, you will do so at least 24 hours in advance and will reschedule if necessary within the allotted 180-day window. A cancellation fee of $35.00 will be charged prior to rescheduling a new appointment, if the cancellation was made less than 24 hours prior to your session.
2. If you are running a little late for your session, please call or text. Once payment is made for a session it is non-refundable, any remaining time will be used to complete the session.
3. All sessions begin promptly on time and if for some reason you are unable to answer the call or be there in person promptly at the time of your session or within the next 10 minutes of your appointment without notice, we'll cancel your session.
4. All sessions must be paid at booking.
5. Monthly subscriptions are for a minimum of 3 months and cannot be canceled before then. After three months you may cancel your subscription by contacting jannetteampier@gmail.com with 30 day notice before next payment.
6. Purchased sessions must be scheduled and redeemed within 180 days, after this time payment will be forfeited.
